Sleeping arrangements are organised by age group and gender and include a mix of dormitories and smaller rooms. Parents should book a flight to London, with return transfers from London Heathrow and London Gatwick already included. Students are warmly met at the airport by group leaders and escorted to the accommodation. Arrival is scheduled on Mondays between 11:00 and 17:00, with departures on Mondays between 10:00 and 17:00. Transfers operate as shared services, so waiting times may occur. Arrivals and departures outside these times are possible for an additional charge.
